For our Gem,

We gaze at your face and watch video clips of you to hear your voice. Your children watch too, and we help them to feel your ‘Mum hugs’ through our hugs. We tell them that we are half of mummy and their faces light up with wonder. They feel comforted knowing that nanny ‘borned mummy’ (their words). We tell them that you are a Gem in their hearts and you will be there always to guide them through their lives.

Gemma, we take comfort from knowing that you now have a life of freedom where nothing will ever hurt you again. You will forever be a beautiful hearted 38 years young angel to us all. You will never grow old. 

Gemma you were the epitome of love and kindness. We truly have never known anyone else with a nature and soul like yours. You showed kindness to all that crossed your path. 

A wonderful and successful human.
